About this design
GREAT GRANDPA sits in widely spaced thin capitals inside a simple rectangular rule box, with EST. 2021 centred beneath it. White on charcoal, and the design is almost entirely white space — the frame is thin, the letters are light, and nothing else appears on the shirt.
Who it’s for
The year a fourth generation arrives, which is a moment families tend to mark. The date makes it specific enough to keep rather than a generic gift.
