About this design

A woman is drawn from the front in fine black line work — eyes closed, lashes down, hair pulled into a high bun and wrapped in a floral headscarf that carries the only colour in the design. The hashtag sits underneath in spaced capitals. On pale blue, the printed scarf is the piece that keeps it from being another plain outline.

Who it’s for

Daycare and early years staff, where the job is closer to childcare than to teaching and most teacher shirts do not quite fit. Specific enough that the right person recognises it immediately.
